“Great tour with very kind, knowledgeable guide. Enjoyed it very much, but so cold that by the end we were frozen. All part of the wonderful experience of NYC. Highly recommend. The only small thing is that the full information on the website said that ferry tix back across at the conclusion of the tour were included. This turned out to be not the case and the lovely guide Michael seemed surprised that I mentioned it. “Great place to see, but you don’t get anything for paying through an agent. Our tour guide was sat in Starbucks, no sign that she was the tour guide. All she did was hand out our tickets and walk us from Starbucks across the road! Statue is great - and well worth seeing, buy don’t pay extra for a tour.”

“Our guide Estrella (spelling?!) was Wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The line to security and onto the boats was crazy long and took about 1 full hour of our time together due to the closure of one of the security buildings. Also, the Ellis Island experience was a little sad due to a bunch of things being renovated and unavailable to us. Otherwise, a good day!”

“I did not liked the fact that we had to wait so long in the lines before someone came to scan my ticket, in the end the experience was good.”
