“Booking through Viator, the QR code required to board the ferry did not come through in the confirmation email, or on the Viator App. I was required to wait in line at the ferry terminal along with those who had not purchased advance tickets to get a boarding pass. This 20 minute wait forced me and my partner to sprint to the boat to make our sailing. A terrible system that should be so easy to remedy. If you’re going to sell me a ferry ticket, make it available to use through the confirmation or in the app. This was frustrating, stressful and unnecessary.”

“I have initiated a 100% refund through Paypal. There was no one at the airport to pick us up. BestDay and BD Experience would not accept our tickets. They said they no longer do business with Viator. We spent an hour trying to find Viator or someone else to help. We ended up spending 100 US to get to the ferry 45 US for the ferry (2 people) and $20 US to get to the hotel for a total of $165 US (one way). The only phone number we had was for BD Experience. BD Experience told us we had been scammed.”
