“Alcatraz was a fantastic trip.i had a fractured foot and was in a Moon boot and they couldn't of been more helpful.However the pick up point for the tickets is a long way from the bus stop and on crutches that was no fun.ticjets must be picked up by 10 o,clock which meant we didnt have time to pick up a wheelchair first. You would think they'd have a shuttle bus link to the bus stop.the staff went helpful,however the bus drivers and tour guides once aboard were great”

We were told to be at a certain gate at 10:30 but were given the wrong gate number. We recognized the error and made the ferry to Sausalito. You can do a LOT BETTER.”
